FY09 SWE-SNH SLATE OF OFFICERS ANNOUNCED MAY 15

Members of the Teller’s committee with input from the Executive Council of the newly chartered SWE Southern NH section have completed their evaluation of recommended candidates for the FY09 elections and have selected the following slate of candidates who have all agreed to serve.

According to our new bylaws a 15 days petition period commenced on May 19th to allow additions to the ballot and runs through June 3rd. Requirements for petitions are the same as for nominations except at least 5 endorsements are required (email is acceptable). The necessary forms can be found on the swesnh website.

The “About Us” section of www.swesnh.org includes the following documents:

“Section Officer Summaries SNH FY09” – responsibilities and eligibility

“FY09 SWE-SNH Call for Nom Attachments” – nomination/petition and “willingness to serve” forms

A non-member can run if their application is in process, but must be a member by the time they assume office.
